Sruthi Haasan who paired up with NTR in his current film, Dammu, being directed by Boyapati Srinu, walks out of the movie citing date issues. She shot for the movie for more than 10 days but NTR had to stop the Dammu to complete his other commitment, Oosaravelli, which eventually released recently. So, dates of Sruthi Haasan were wasted.

She's one of the busy actresses in south India today, and she catered the dates to another movie that Dammu team now requires.

So, she voluntarily backed out from the project wishing the team a good luck. Now, the search is on for her replacement and also for the second heroine in the movie. The film will begin its new schedule from this month end.
